• I need a invoice for the payment I made

  If you need a copy of your payment invoice, write to us at success@medvarsity.com with your payment details including order ID, registered email ID, etc.

• What if I need the hard copy of my transcripts or certificate attested by Medvarsity for submitting to my company/visa process?

  To obtain a physical attested copy of the certificate, you can proceed by making a payment of INR 2500. Delivery within India typically takes about 10 working/business days, while international shipping charges will be communicated upon request.

• I have made the same payment twice by mistake. How and when can I expect the payment back?

  Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 5 to 7 working days after intimation by the customer.

• Is there any penalty in case the payment is made late?

  2% of the course fee shall be levied as late payment fee if the payment is received after 10 days from the date of the Invoice or amount due date. In case the Cheque is dishonoured, an additional charge of INR 250 will be levied.

• What is the cancellation or refund policy at Medvarsity?
